A Ladies' Fitness Night

To promote health and wellness in our community, we decided to throw a ladies' fitness night! We educated a group of women about the importance of living a balanced life and being fit physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Then we had some fitness instructors volunteer some of their time to teach some mini classes. We did strength training, U-Jam, and yoga. It was a great night to focus on ourselves and get moving! It was so much fun, and we can't wait to throw another one.
